Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within a couple days. During busy periods—such as shop updates, holidays, or while I am attending conventions—processing may take a little longer

Shipping Options
I offer two different shipping options that you may see at checkout. These are Untracked and Tracked. These will vary in price dependant on the country you are shipping them to.

Untracked:
The untracked shipping option is only for flat items that fit into an envelope such as Stickers, Sticker Sheets, Art Prints and Bookmarks. As this is untracked you won't be able to track your order while it makes its journey to you.

Tracked:
The Tracked shipping option is for items that cant fit into an envelope such as Enamel Pins and Washi Tape. Unfortunately there currently isn't an option for untracked shipping for these items. You can also choose this option for your flat items if you would like to receive tracking for your package.

Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped and you’ve received a confirmation email, delivery usually takes:

• The Netherlands: 2-3 business days
• Europe: 3–15 business days

• Other regions: 2–8 weeks

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Any additional charges that may apply during or after shipping—such as import duties, taxes, or other fees—are the buyer’s responsibility.
